We take care in our selection process to ensure that all coaches hold the same philosophy, and we are proud of the quality of coaches we are able to provide. Our coaches will develop individuals and take the responsibility of progression and the protection of children very seriously. We will identify and meet the needs of the individual by respecting the rights dignity and well-being of those we coach, constantly setting and monitoring boundaries with a focus at all times on the realistic expectation of outcome. All of besoccer's coaches are passionate about delivering technical, educational and fun youth soccer training courses for all, giving those we coach the opportunity to improve in their chosen sport and reach a level to which they are capable, in a safe and organised environment. All of our coaches have the following credentials: • UEFA A License or UEFA B License (FA Level 1, 2 & 3) & US Equivalents • Child Protection & Awareness • Emergency First Aid • CRB / Police checked/ Risk Assessment As a minimum our coaches will be qualified to the FA Level 1 Certificate In Coaching Soccer. Whilst actively involved in coaching and under the guidance of besoccer we will be encouraging our coaches to further their own education by obtaining further qualifications. |
