
(Syllabus 2) Suitable for the following stages of the soccer development cycle:- Stage 3 Coaching To Compete 12 - 14 Ages Stage 4 Coaching To Perform 15 - 16 Ages Stage 5 Coaching For Success 17 - 18 Ages Stage 6 Adults 18 + This distinctive programme is designed for the needs of competitive level teams. besoccer appreciate that the standard of play at competitive level is dependent on more advanced levels of coaching than at recreational level. Intern the syllabus is age and team specific, with the intention of development through the introduction of new training techniques and concepts. We recognise that through repetition comes the consistency to perform, but also for children to continue to improve in their development, it is important that the programme is varied, fresh and enjoyable. We will spend more time on the different topics and in greater depth to ensure an enhanced understanding as we move on towards intermediate and advanced coaching. Example Course Program (In addition to Syllabus 1) A typical course will be based on 3 hours / day for 5 days a total of 15 hours coaching, however besoccer are more than flexible and we will structure the syllabus of a camp to suit specific requirements, times and facility need. Besoccer welcome and encourage the participation of Head Coaches throughout the coaching week and we hope that everyone involved can gain from our knowledge and experiences in the game. We are keen to build on the good work that has already been achieved and at times all it takes is a fresh face and a change in coaching style. Many coaches say to us I have been practicing that for weeks how come they got it first time with you guys? besoccer are available to help the Head Coach to work with them and offer at times a similar content but an alternative coaching style that is proven to get results from the players.
